Pratersflooring.com offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied

All items that were purchased at our physical location in Chattanooga, TN must be returned there for your exchange or refund. Our Online store cannot accept returns for items not purchased online. Only those items purchased in the online store may be returned to the www.pratersflooring.com Return Center.

For items ordered from our website, you have the choice of shipping the item(s) back to our "online" store (prepaid) OR you may take the merchandise and your receipt to showroom location in Chattanooga,Tn for exchange or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The address for online returns is listed below. (Please use the address label enclosed with your order.)

If www.pratersflooring.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip as your receipt.

To return merchandise to pratersflooring.com follow these easy steps:

1. List the item(s) you are returning & select the reason for the return on the back of the slip enclosed with your order.
   
   
2. Send the item(s) back to us via U.S. Mail to the address listed below
   
   
3. Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item(s), please call our toll-free number 1-800-295-4839 and we'll send the in-stock item(s) out right away & waive the shipping fee. We'll We will credit your return once it is received in our warehouse. Please list the items you are returning on the back of the packing slip. Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for the returned item(s) & a charge for your new items.
   
   
4. If you prefer a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used. We will issue a check only for mail orders paid by check or money orders.
   
   
5. Credits or refunds will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by check, we will mail your refund.
